My name is Maria Luce and I live in Libertyville, Illinois. I teach fourth and fifth-grade language arts to talented and gifted children.
I’m retiring this year (not a great way to end my career!) and look forward to hiking, reading and writing poetry, and traveling. I was supposed to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in June as a retirement gift to myself, but that adventure was put on hold due to the current health crisis.
