Arts for Alzheimer’s Book Club

September 21, 2019 @ 10:00 am - September 22, 2019 @ 9:00 pm

The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. – Dr. Seuss

Barbara’s Bookstore’s Book Concierge has carefully selected books on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia-related diseases, and brain health in preparation for its two-day community event to create awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s-Lake County on September 21 and September 22, 2019. Barbara’s Bookstore will also donate 5% proceeds of their book sales to Alzheimer’s Association.

Buy a book from our Arts for Alzheimer’s Summer Book Club reading list and get a 10% coupon off on your next purchase of a book from the selected summer reading list. For every book purchased from the Summer Book Club, your name will be placed into a monthly raffle for a chance to win a specially selected prize.
